Reports to: Head of Operations

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
5. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
6. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
7. Manage and grow existing client relationships.
8. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
9. Develop compelling proposals and pitches, bids and tenders to secure new business.

Job Title: Driver to The MD

Reports to: Managing Director/Admin

Location: Port Harcourt

Job Summary:

The Driver to the Managing Director is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services to the MD. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and unquestionable integrity, as the driver will be exposed to sensitive information and entrusted with executive mobility and safety.

Key Responsibilities
1. Safely transport the Managing Director to and from meetings, appointments, and official engagements.
2. Ensure punctuality and readiness at all times for scheduled and unscheduled trips.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality of all information heard or observed in the course of duty.
4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
5. Keep accurate records of travel logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
6. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
7. Plan routes effectively to avoid delays, considering traffic and weather conditions.
8. Assist with minor administrative or logistical tasks when required.
9. Promptly report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues.


Key Requirements
1. Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Proven experience as an executive or personal driver (minimum of 3–5 years preferred).
4. Good knowledge of road networks and traffic patterns within [Insert City/Region].
5. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate defensive driving skills.
